Forest Island, an exciting 16-acre tennis and aquatics center in the heart of Woodforest, is sure to be the most popular spot in the community. Phase 1 opens by the end of 2012 complete with two tennis courts and a basketball court. Coming to Woodforest in the summer of 2013 will be a pool complex that rivals the finest Texas water parks. Forest Island's free-form amenity pool has curved borders that define several swimming areas, creating the impression of multiple pools. A slide tower and spray areas add enjoyment. A baby pool offers safe fun for the tiniest swimmers. Ample seating makes the pool a great place for socializing and a nearby plaza provides an inviting picnic spot.

A winding pathway through the trees connects Forest Island's first phase tennis courts, basketball court and swimming complex with the 3-acre Lily Pad Spray Park, giving Woodforest residents nearly 20 acres of fun!
