The Vue at The Crest Park

The Vue at The Crest Park is a 10-acre park that is home to our third pool, anchored by a 4,000-square-foot open-air party pavilion that includes a commercial catering kitchen. The building’s architecture is reminiscent of a barn. The Vue at The Crest Park has an open lawn. Nature trails link The Vue to the Forest Island tennis and aquatics center.

Forest Island

Forest Island, an exciting 16-acre tennis and aquatics center in the heart of Woodforest, is a focal point of fun in the community, complete with four tennis courts, four pickleball courts,  a basketball court and two pool complexes that rival the finest Texas water parks. Forest Island's free-form amenity pool has curved borders that define several swimming areas, creating the impression of multiple pools. A 42-foot slide tower and spray areas add enjoyment. A baby pool offers safe fun for the tiniest swimmers. Ample seating makes the pool a great place for socializing and a nearby plaza provides an inviting picnic spot. The recreation center was expanded to include a new fitness pool. With a focus on staying in shape, the pool is designed to cater to those who enjoy individual and group exercise, with five lap lanes and an area for aerobic exercise. After the workout, residents can relax on the sun deck. A winding pathway through the trees connects Forest Island's tennis courts, basketball court and swimming complex with the 3-acre Lily Pad Spray Park, giving Woodforest residents nearly 20 acres of fun!
