Whether you’re a seasoned pro or someone who’s just trying to keep it on the fairway, Tee Flat’s is designed to be a game-changer for golfers of all skill levels.
Behind this vision are Troy and Natacha Flateau, long-time Woodforest residents with a passion for golf and community. After seeing their kids graduate high school, they decided to chase their dream of opening an indoor golf studio.
“Indoor golf has many advantages when it's hot, cold, wet, or the local club is closed,” said Natacha Flateau. “It's a consistent learning environment and a fun place to play.”
They couldn’t imagine a better place to bring this idea to life than Pine Market. Why? Because it’s not just about the game for the Flateaus—it’s about giving back to the community they’ve grown to love.
Troy, a Certified PGA Golf Professional with more than 30 years of experience, knows a thing or two about the game. He will offer clinics, group and individual lessons, club fittings and more.
Keeping things cutting edge, the facility will feature four state-of-the-art Trackman simulator bays that allow you to play more than 400 golf courses. And for short-game fanatics, Tee Flat’s will also boast PuttView putting green, where you can sharpen your putting skills with the help of tech-driven visual aids. A welcoming lounge area will help Tee Flat’s strike the perfect balance between serious practice and laid-back fun.
Beyond the tech and amenities, Tee Flat’s is built on relationships. The Flateaus are committed to helping golfers of all ages and skill levels develop their game while fostering a sense of community.
For those serious about their game (or just serious about having fun), Tee Flat’s has a limited number of membership options available.
A Founding membership includes up to 100 hours of play (a 50 percent savings), 24/7 access, 10-day advanced booking, and 50 percent off additional bookings. Only 50 spots are available, and these are going fast! Founding memberships are open until Nov. 30. The cost is $2,500 per year.
Monthly membership provides six hours of play per month (a 33 percent savings), 24/7 access, 5-day advanced booking, and 33 percent off additional bookings. Only 100 memberships are available. The cost is $200 per month.
The SIM Kids’ Club is designed for young golfers ages 6–11, this after-school program includes one session per week with PGA professional instruction and a 5-day advance booking window. Limited to 50 memberships. The cost is $75 per month.
Non-members can book simulator bays for $50 per hour with 24-hour advance notice. Corporate or group events are welcome.
