More and more people are relocating to Houston as companies move headquarters and open offices in the area (and we’re not just talking Exxon Mobil!).
The Houston Business Journal recently published an in-depth review of the relocation business — and when it came to comments about which master-planned communities these soon-to-be Houstonians are visiting, the publication turned to Woodforest.
“We’ve seen quite a bit of interest from Exxon Mobil families,” Woodforest marketing director Kristi Steward said in the article. “Those relocating here from other parts of Houston and other parts of the country, particularly Fairfax, are impressed with the quality of our communities and the fact they can get more home for their money.”
The article also notes the 144 percent increase in Web hits from Exxon’s internal server that Woodforest has experienced this year, as well as the 100 percent increase in the number of buyers moving to Woodforest from outside of Texas.
