Westin Homes Announces Pricing for Woodforest's Deerbourne Ridge

Woodforest’s newest builder, Westin Homes, has announced pricing for its designs in the community’s Deerbourne Ridge neighborhood.

Pricing for Westin’s six floorplans, featuring the builder’s signature rotunda-style entries and two-story bay windows, will start from the $370,000s. Standard features will include four bedrooms, formal living and dining rooms, spacious island kitchens and two-car garages. Available options such as additional bedrooms, media rooms and wet bars will allow buyers to tailor homes to fit their needs. Designs will be situated on 60-foot homesites and range from 3,098 to 3,738 square feet.

The long-time Houston builder joins Perry Homes in Deerbourne Ridge, with its recent acquisition of 22 homesites within the enclave. Westin’s model home, showcasing its array of designs, is slated to open in September.

Westin is the most recent addition to the top-selling community’s roster of award-winning builders. Currently, 22 builders offer a range of home choices including townhomes, patio homes, executive homes, custom homes and those created for buyers age 55 and older. Pricing is from the $190,000s to the millions.

Woodforest is located approximately seven miles west of Interstate 45 and five miles north of The Woodlands in a forested community surrounding Woodforest Golf Club.
