Tri Pointe Homes Moves into Woodforest

The Woodforest family of builders recently welcomed a new member, with Tri Pointe Homes now preselling in our community.

The builder is offering a collection of one- and two-story home designs. Priced from the $400,000s, the floor plans range from 1,556 to 2,976 square feet and are designed for 40- and 50-foot homesites.

If you can’t wait to move in, two dozen inventory homes are already under construction and available for sale.

The addition of Tri Pointe to Woodforest expands the many choices already available to homebuyers. Two model homes are underway and are expected to be open for touring in late July.

You will be able to select from more than 10 different home designs offering up to five bedrooms, four bathrooms and three-bay garages.
