There is something truly unique coming to Pine Market, and both cigar aficionados and the cigar-curious will be thrilled.
Bespoke Cigar Lounge & Social Club is slated to open in Spring 2023 at 870 New Day Ave, offering a welcoming place for people to shop and gather. Owner and Woodforest resident Jason Johnson says he wanted to create a place for fellowship and connection, bringing something special to his Woodforest neighbors. For years, Jason operated Southern Smoke Cigars, the world’s first mobile cigar lounge.
Bespoke’s cigar shop will feature cigar accessories and more than 10,000 hand-rolled premium cigars. For those unsure of what to choose, a tobacconist can offer advice on the perfect palate-pleasing cigar. Shoppers can browse in a clean-air environment, and after making their purchase, they can relax on the shady outdoor patio while enjoying craft beer, wine, soft drinks and snacks. Only people aged 21 and older can smoke a cigar on the patio, but those who are younger are welcome to join them on the patio.
As its name indicates, Bespoke will be more than just a cigar shop. It will feature a cigar lounge open exclusively to members. The store’s air filtration system works to clean the lounge’s air every four minutes keeping the space free of smoke and odors. Gaming tables for poker, cards, dominoes and more are available, and sports fans will appreciate the room’s TV wall.
With Bespoke being a private club, members can bring their own liquor, and glasses and ice will be available. Beer, wine, soft drinks and snacks will be available for purchase. Food can also be delivered from Pine Market restaurants.
Membership is currently paid yearly at $150 a month, offering access to the lounge from 8 a.m. to midnight 365 days a year, as well as 20 percent off beer, wine, soft drinks and snacks. Members will also enjoy special events such as concerts and dinners.
The first 50 members will be part of the Bespoke Founders Club, receiving a free private cigar locker, first choice on limited-release cigars, pre-grand opening access and a lifetime lock on membership dues.
