Starts this Thursday, February 8th!
This is not only for residents, anyone can join our couch to 5K program! The group will meet every Thursday at the Forest Island pavilion. The program will begin with a 30 minute walk and progressively add more and more running until you are running for 30 minutes! This plan will put you on track to run a 5K by April 13th.
