Here’s Your Chance to Tour Multi-Million Dollar Homes
It’s been nearly a year in the making, but the public will be able to tour three multi-million dollar homes in Woodforest during the Pine Island Million Dollar Showcase 3-8 p.m. Saturday.
The island-themed event will include luau-worthy foods, tropical teas and performances by hula dancers, fire jugglers and a steel drum band. But what will really make waves during the free event are the home tours. Here’s a look at the three showcase homes:
505 Grand Palisade Place
Jeff Paul Custom Homes was the first to start construction in Pine Island when he broke ground last May on a 6,067-square-foot home that is filled with custom detailing. Priced at $1,849,000, the home has a barrel-vault ceiling in the two-story foyer, barn doors enclosing the downstairs game room, beamed ceilings in multiple rooms and a Juliet balcony outside of the upstairs playroom overlooking the two-story main gathering area. Both the game room and playroom feature wet bars. Outdoors is a treasure trove of entertainment possibilities, with a 27-foot-by-19-foot covered pavilion finished with a fireplace and grill. A separate covered porch is nearby and the two areas could be connected via a pool deck, providing a large, fluid outdoor area.
509 Grand Palisade Place
This deluxe design by Tipler Design and Build offers a Hampton-inspired design with high-end appliances, finishes and more. Professional Dacor appliances transform the island kitchen into a chef’s dream, while the luxurious master suite features a freestanding circular tub, furniture vanities and a coffee station. Quartz countertops, engineered hand-scraped floors and custom light fixtures were specifically chosen for the home by Tipler’s in-house design team. Expansive outdoor living areas offer golf course views. With 6,126 square feet, the home is priced at $2,195,000.
513 Grand Palisade Place
Sterling Classic Homes has constructed a French-inspired manse that is ideal for entertaining. The expansive great room is a focal point of the home, open to the island kitchen, formal dining room and breakfast area. A wine grotto and wet bar serve the common area, which overlooks one of three covered verandas. Nearby is a recreation room that could be outfitted as a downstairs media room. LaCantina folding doors open the space to an extended veranda complete with an outdoor fireplace and summer kitchen, creating a seamless indoor/outdoor living area. Thermador appliances and Benedettini cabinets are just some of the luxe features of this magnificent home, priced at $2,149,000.
Those unable to party in paradise with us Saturday can still tour the three homes noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. Afterward, the homes will be shown by appointment only.
