Closing? Save with Highland Homes

Closing? Save with Highland Homes

Found the home of your dreams, but worried about paying the closing costs? Never fear — Highland Homes is here with a promotion that keeps cash in your wallet when you get the keys.

Closing costs are expenses over and above the price of your home. They include loan origination fees, discount points, appraisal fees, title searches, title insurance, surveys, taxes, deed-recording fees and credit report charges. You pay them when you close on your new home, but with Highland you may not have to.

The builder’s year-long promotion offers to pay up to $3,000 toward closing costs when you use their preferred lender, Highland Loan Source, to finance your new home. In addition, Highland will cover the cost of the loan origination fee (an estimated $3,000 value). The offer ends Dec. 31.

Highland Homes is the exclusive builder in our new Emory Birch neighborhood. Homes are priced from the $210,000s with 11 plans ranging from around 1,500 to 2,400 square feet of living space available. The one- and two-story homes boast large open-concept common areas, deluxe master suites and options for extended outdoor living areas and additional garage bays. Come visit the builder’s adorable model home at 203 Black Hickory Court to find out more about this exciting new section of Woodforest.

Highland also offers homes priced from the $270,000s in our Russet Peak neighborhood. A limited number of homes on 65-foot properties, priced from the $400,000s, also are available. Visit the Highland model in Russet Peak at 117 Hunter Hollow Court for more information.
