The new year is going to be an exciting one for Woodforest. We’re expanding and opening up new neighborhoods, offering new designs and even recruiting a new builder. What’s up for 2021? Take a look. You’re going to like what you see.
Taylor Morrison, known for beautiful homes in our Bonterra neighborhood, is moving into Woodforest at-large and will soon begin presales in Christine Manor, a new, intimate neighborhood of 23 65-foot homesites. These much larger floor plans are priced from the $370,000s and range from 2,493 to 3,403 square feet and offer up to six bedrooms, five full baths and four-bay garages. An additional plus? The neighborhood is located steps away from our beloved Christine Allen Nature Park.
This January, Gracepoint Homes will move into another Woodforest neighborhood, Sanderling. Floor plans will be for 70-foot homesites. No word yet on pricing. We will let you know when we know.
Builder David Weekley Homes is expected to make its debut in the new Kinglsey Square neighborhood in March. We are very excited to see their designs for 50-foot properties that will range from 1,912 to 3,050 square feet. Additionally, the builder is bringing something to Woodforest we’ve never had before — rear garages. These alley-loaded floor plans for 42-foot homesites will give the neighborhood a unique streetscape that puts the focus on the homes and front yards rather than driveways.
Most recently, Chesmar Homes opened a new model home for its Villa townhome designs in Woodforest. The homes range from 1,600 to 1,900 square feet and are priced from the $200,000s.
Watch for announcements on new models coming soon. We can’t wait for you to see them and find your perfect home in Woodforest.
